Cancel a subscription
Disable automatic renewal where the subscription was purchased. Deleting the application or account does not cancel a subscription.
General refund process
Requests are reviewed under platform rules and applicable law. Include account email, date, amount, platform and order number. Do not send full card details.
Google Play purchases
Request a refund through Google Play under Google’s rules and time limits by selecting the purchase in order history.
App Store purchases
Apple decides refund requests. Submit a request through Apple’s official “Report a Problem” service using the purchasing Apple ID.
Website purchases
When website payments become available, requests may be sent to noreply@magicmon.online. Live website payments are not currently connected.
