1. Controller and scope
This Policy describes the processing of personal data through the Magic Moon application, related server functions and website. The controller is 5 PRISM GLOBAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia.

The separate policies of Google Play, the App Store and other independent controllers apply to their processing.
2. Principles and legal bases
We process data lawfully, fairly, for specified purposes and only to the extent necessary. A legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, a legal obligation or the controller’s legitimate interests, including security and service improvement.
3. Account data
We may process a name, email, internal identifier, profile settings, language, time zone, records of consent, sign-ins and account security, and support communications.
4. Goals, notes and messages
Magic Moon may store goals, dreams, notes, answers, messages and other user-created content for synchronization, history and selected functions. Do not add unnecessary payment details, documents, medical diagnoses or another person’s data without a lawful basis.
5. AI-Yura and AI providers
To generate a response, AI-Yura may send an AI provider the request text, necessary conversation context and a technical identifier. Provider names are not published until the actual architecture is confirmed. AI responses may be inaccurate and do not replace professional advice.
6. Voice messages
When a voice message is sent, the audio, transcript, language, duration and technical metadata may be processed. Audio may be sent to a relevant provider for recognition. Microphone access requires the user’s device permission.
7. Analytics and technical data
Data may include IP address, device and OS, app version, language, time zone, installation or session identifiers, usage events, crashes, logs and approximate location inferred from IP. It supports security, diagnostics and service improvement.
8. Subscription, Google Play and App Store
Magic Moon may receive subscription status, product, period, access dates, purchase identifier, platform and verification result. Full card details are processed by the store or payment service under its rules.
9. Purposes of processing
- creating, securing and maintaining accounts;
- providing Magic Moon functions and synchronization;
- verifying subscriptions;
- supporting users;
- protecting against errors, fraud and spam;
- analyzing and improving the application;
- meeting legal obligations.
10. Data recipients
Authorized staff and providers of infrastructure, storage, authentication, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, support, speech recognition and AI may receive only the data needed for their function. Data may also be shared with app stores and competent authorities upon a lawful request. We do not sell personal data.
11. International transfers
The controller is in Armenia and providers may process data in other countries. We use bases and safeguards required by applicable law, including contractual restrictions on purpose and access.
12. Retention periods
Account data and content are generally retained while an account is active. After deletion, they are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable technical period, except temporary backups and data needed for law, security or disputes. Logs, support records and transaction data are kept only as long as necessary.
13. Data security
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including access control, protected transmission, account controls, backups and component updates. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
14. User rights
Subject to applicable law, a user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. Identity verification may be required to protect the account. Users may also contact a competent data protection authority.
15. Account and data deletion
Deletion can be initiated in the app or through the Delete Account instructions. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Some data may be temporarily retained for legal obligations, security, transactions or backup recovery.
16. Children’s data
Magic Moon is not intended for independent use by anyone who cannot legally consent or enter into an agreement under applicable law. Consent from a legal representative is required where applicable.
17. Policy changes
We may update this Policy when the application, law or processing changes. A new version is posted with a new date, and material changes are communicated in the app or by another available method.

19. Language versions
In the event of any inconsistency between language versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
