Delete in the application
- Open Magic Moon and sign in.
- Open Profile → Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription first; deleting an account may not cancel it automatically.
Request through support
If you cannot sign in, email noreply@magicmon.online from the account email. Use the subject “Magic Moon account deletion request.” A request does not delete the account automatically; support may verify account ownership.
Data that will be deleted
After verification, the profile, goals, tasks, AI-Yura history, entries, settings and related data will be deleted or anonymized, except data that must be retained by law.
Data needed for legal duties, fraud prevention and disputes may be retained for a required period. Backups are cleared through the normal cycle.
