Subscription description
A subscription unlocks paid functions for the selected period. Content, price and any trial are shown before confirmation.
Available functions
A subscription may include expanded AI-Yura access, meditations and practices, goals, metaphorical cards, progress analytics and new materials.
Subscription periods
Monthly, quarterly, annual or other periods may be available by platform. Current options are shown before payment.
Automatic renewal
Unless stated otherwise, a subscription renews for the same period and the linked store or service payment method is charged.
Account and multiple devices
The subscription is registered to the Magic Moon account.
Access is available on multiple devices using the same account. Payment methods depend on platform, country and store.
Management and cancellation
Manage Google Play or App Store subscriptions in the relevant store. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access usually remains until the period ends.
Restore purchase
Sign in to the same store and Magic Moon accounts and select “Restore purchases.” If access is missing, email noreply@magicmon.online without sending full payment details.
Payment methods
A purchase may be processed by Google Play, the App Store or an available payment provider. Website payments and Google Pay are not currently connected.
